大部分的面试官喜欢根据简历的内容进行提问。所以， 在面试之前， 务必要根据简历预测自己可能被问到的问题。 面试官的提问通常会按照以下思路进行： (1) 请你对简历上的信息进行补充，比如： ● 要求你补充“目的why”：研究生为什么要学通讯工程?为什么给自己起了这个名字?为什么要从工商银行辞职? ● 要求你补充“过程how”：你是怎么拿到思科赞助的?你是怎么样工作才被评选为“优秀员工”的?你英语6级口语考试是优秀，那你是怎么学英语的? ● 要求你补充“结果outcome”：这个活动对你产生了什么影响? (2) 置疑简历中所提供的“自夸”信息，比如： ●你在简历中写自己在300人中被选中参与这个活动，你怎么知道有300人竞争呢?你认为自己凭什么被选中的呢? ●你说自己获得领导好评，是在什么场合下被如何评价的? ●你说自己的性格特别适合做市场，你为什么这么觉得? ●你认为自己适合做销售，那么你有相关经验吗? (3) 把简历上提供的信息与工作结合进行提问，比如： ●你家在北京，那你能去外地长驻吗? ●你是女孩，那你能经常出差吗? ●你说自己的创新能力很强，可是这份工作是很细节的，你怎么看? 下面按照简历的一般顺序，列举了面试官最经常提出的一些问题。 一、“求职意向”可能引发的提问 1. 你为什么对这个职位感兴趣?why are you interested in this post? 2. 你认为这个职位的要求是什么?what do you think are the requirements for this post? 3. 你为什么觉得自己适合这个职位?why do you think you’re qualified for this post? 4. 你对这个职位的长远发展怎么看?你觉得自己五年的计划是什么?what do you think the long term development of this post will be? where do you think you will be in terms of your professional development in five years? 5. 你为什么对这些职位感兴趣呢?人力资源和外贸，在你的概念中很相似吗?why are you interested in these jobs? do you think hr and foreign trading are similar jobs?(备注：有不少应聘者的求职意向填写了数个职位， 所以可能会引发面试官的这个提问。) 二、“个人信息”可能引发的提问 6. 你的中文名字有什么含义么?what’s the meaning of your chinese name?(备注： 只有名字比较奇特的应聘者才会遇到这个问题。) 7. 你的英文名字是什么意思?what’s the meaning of your english name?(备注： 只有古怪的英文名字才会引发这个提问。如果你的名字是angel, tracy之类的大众名字， 绝对不会引发面试官的提问。) 8. 你家是湖北的，没有想过回湖北找工作吗?父母亲都在那边吧?your hometown is in hubei, so don’t you want to work there? are your parents still living there? 回答示范：湖北的工作机会相对来说比广州少得多， 所以我没有考虑过要回去。我父母一辈子都在湖北，我想，即使我将来定居广州，他们也不会过来的，两个人来过一次广州，整天抱怨东西贵， 连吃早餐都舍不得， 呵呵!there are less jobs available in my hometown hubei than in guangzhou, so i’ve never planned to go back. my parents, however, spent all their life there and probably won’t come here to join me, even after i settle down in guangzhou. when they came here last time, they kept complaining how expensive everything is, and even a simple breakfast is too expensive for them! hehe! 9. 你生在北京长在北京，也就是说，你只想留在北京，不能去别的地方工作了?you grew up in beijing, does it mean you only want to work here? you don’t want to go to any other places to work? 回答示范： 那倒不是，我选择的是公司，并不在乎工作地点。诺基亚让我去哪里工作都可以， 外省，周边郊县，无所谓。no, i choose the company, not the work place. i would love to go anywhere nokia sends me, other provinces, or suburban areas. i don’t mind. 10. 你是党员啊，为什么要入党?怎么入的党?做了党员对你有什么影响?you are a communist party member. why did you choose to join? how did you join? what impact does the membership have on you?(备注：完全没有必要隐藏自己的党员身份，即使你是在外企面试。) （责任编辑：职场达人） |
