分析：请描述一下申请人在和推荐人工作时的主要业绩。推荐人在回答这个问题的时候一定要用工作中的例子来说明申请人取得的成就，最好是从几个不同的侧面来说明问题，比如，一个在 Team Work 上的例子，一个在 Leadership 上的例子，一个在 Personality 方面的例子。值得注意的是，一般来说，这个问题申请人在写论文时也会被问到，所以要避免用相同的例子和类似的表达方式，一是为了避免重复，二是更增加推荐信的可信度。

分析：这也是在问申请人在交流方面的能力，激发同事的能力和帮助别人的能力。商学院都很重视学生的交流能力，所以推荐人要强调申请人的英文水平和表达能力，也要强调申请人的领导才能，激发别人的工作激情的能力。

分析：是问申请人的缺点。又问申请人是否意识到这些缺点，就是说，申请人是否作出相应的举动来改正这些缺点了。
问题4：How would you describe the applicant's leadership skills? (Limit 2800 characters)
分析：这个问题是问申请人的领导能力。这个问题不仅要用具体的例子来说明，最好还用相应的文字来阐述申请人对领导能力的理解和实践。例子可以说明申请人是如果领导团队的，是如何表现出自己的与众不同的领导风范的，是如何保证计划的实施的等等。
问题5：Comment on the applicant's interpersonal skills (effectiveness in establishing and maintaining relationships; working with supervisors, peers, and subordinates; willingness to work in a team environment). (Limit 3200 characters)
分析：这个问题是问：申请人的人际关系处理能力，能否有效地建立并保持这些人际关系，是否能够和谐地和老板，同事，下级相处，是否愿意在团队环境里工作等等。推荐人可以用具体的例子一一说明。

分析：这个问题要求推荐人阐述一下申请人的英文表达能力。
