【摘要】随着市场经济的发展与成熟, 高等教育大众化的实现，未来社会就业的竞争也越来越激励,如何在职场立有一席地位,就需要对自己的职业生涯进行系统的规划。本文通过对职业生涯规划理论的综述，分析了当前大学生进行职业生涯规划的意义和重要性。着重论述了大学生在进行职业生涯规划时，应考虑哪些因素，如何进行职业生涯规划。希望通过本文，能有针对性地启发和引导学生设计自己的职业生涯发展，做好职业准备，结合自身特点，根据目标和进程不断总结经验，对职业生涯中的不和谐之处进行矫正，并最终选定自己的“职业锚”。实现自己的职业目标。同时，给大学生的就业指导提供一些借鉴和帮助。

Abstract:With the development and maturity of the economy, the realization of the popular higher education, the more furious competition of employment, in order to keep one’s position steadily, one must layout one’s occupation career by the numbers. Through the summarizing of the theory of the career programming, the article has analyzed thesignificance and importance of the career programming for the undergraduates. The article emphasizes the factors which should be considered and how to layout the career programming for the undergraduates. The writer hopes that the article can enlighten and induct the students with pertinence to design their career programming. So they can make preparation for the career, combine one’s characteristics and according to the aim and course sum up the experience constantly, rectify the disharmonious parts of the occupation career and eventually fix one’s “occupation anchor” and realize one’s occupation aim. At the same time the article also provides the reference and help to the undergraduates.

随着社会主义市场经济的建立和完善，大学毕业生择业的自主权越来越大,由于大学生的就业观和高校的就业指导未能与时倶进，许多学生的职业意识薄弱。因此，迫切需要推进大学生就业指导方式，运用科学的方法，指导学生进行生涯规划。近年，大学生的职业生涯规划是个时髦的话题，许多大学开设了相关的课程或是专题报告与讲座，但不少大学毕业生还没有真正理解职业生涯规划的确切含义，对职业生涯规划的重要意义认识不足，不了解职业生涯规划的程序，缺乏进行规划的具体技巧。所以不少大学生对职业生涯规划表现的比较平淡，或规划流于形式，或不顾主客观条件任意来“规划”，这都会导致职业生涯规划的应有作用不能充分发挥。做好大学生职业生涯规划工作，对学生、学校和社会都具有十分重要的意义。
